10 uF 63V Polycarbonate capacitor axial lead 1 has sleeve (marked +/-10%), 1 has home made sleeve, 3rd has none. Datasheet.
Very high stability low leakage part made by the German manufacturer WIMA series MKB3 good for audio. See here.
Used and have been stored loose in a drawer so might have some minor cosmetic marks. All tested on DMM and indicate 9.0 9.7 11.0uF. All have short leads. Price is for 3.
