Published by Harvey Barton & Sons Ltd, Bristol, No 31438.
Postally used on 17 June 1959 with Newquay cancellation on red ½d stamp and two blue 1d stamps and sent to Totteridge, High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire.
Good condition, with very slight corner bumps, but tiny light crease to top left corner.
