Waskesiu Saskatchewan Canada Souvenir Spoon Letter Opener Maple Leaf 6-3/16"
I acquired this butter spreader from an estate sale.
The letter opener is topped with a multi coloured Canadian maple lead containing a banner with the word "Waskesiu" on it.
The letter opener measures 6-3/16 inches (15.8 cm) long X 11/16 inch (1.7 cm) wide (At the widest part of the handle) and weighs 20 gr.
The letter opener is in good condition with a few light scratches. (See pictures).

Waskesiu Lake is a lake located roughly in the centre of Prince Albert National Park in Saskatchewan, Canada. The lake's name, meaning "red deer," or elk, in the Cree language, is also the name of the resort town northwest of Prince Albert, Saskatchewan on its eastern shore. Waskesiu Lake is by far the most developed lake in the Park, and features a variety of recreational facilities along all sides of its shoreline, including two public camp grounds: Red Deer and Beaver Glen. The lake has one island off its western shore known as King Island (formerly Devil's Island) after Park Founder William Lyon Mackenzie King.
