Published by E. Chiffelle, Neuchâtel, No 115, undivided back.

Postally used on 23 April 1900 with Neuchâtel Trans. Lett. cancellations on red 10 centimes stamp and sent to Mademoiselle Geneviéve Varde, Rue du Quatre Septembre, Béziers, Hérault, France and with receipt postmark for Beziers on 24 April 1900.

Fairly good condition, with very slight corner bumps, but heavy album marks and small light creases to top and bottom right corners.
