Measurements were taken on the backside with the item laying flat for comparison to your well-fitting "like" item:
The base of neckline to Hemline: 28 1/2 inches
Chest Measurement: 19 inches - Shirt laying flat,
measuring one side from armpit sleeve seam to armpit seam.
Shoulder seam to shoulder seam: 17 inches
Shoulder hem to sleeve edge 22 1/2 inches
Center of Neck to sleeve edge 28 1/2 inches
