Vogue 9936 sewing pattern "Very Easy, Very Vogue" by Butterick Patterns. This 1987 vintage pattern will make a misses' top & skirt in sizes 14, 16 & 18.
The pattern is untrimmed (The pieces have been cut but not trimmed). See the pattern inventory below.

MISSES' TOP & SKIRT:
Loose-fitting top has collar, extended shoulders, shoulder pads, forward shoulder seams and above elbow sleeves with bands or long sleeves with pleats and button cuffs. A: contrast and purchased trim. Slightly flared skirt, below mid-calf or above ankle, has waistband, pleats and side zipper. Purchased belt.

NOTIONS:
TOP: 1/2" (13mm) Covered Shoulder Pads or Vogue #8817, 1/2" (13mm) Single Fold Bias Tape and 5/8" (15mm) Buttons: Four for A and Six for B; also 1-3/8 yds. (1.3m) of 3/8" (10mm) Flat Trim for A. Skirt: 7" (18cm) Zipper and One Hook and Eye Closure.

FABRICS:
Lt.wt. Linen, Silk-like Jacquard, Crepe and Wool Crepe. Lace for Contrast. Unsuitable for obvious diagonals. Allow extra fabric to match plaids or stripes. Use nap yardages/layouts for pile, shaded or one-way design fabrics.

The envelope is in fair condition with minor corner folding and 3 small rips along the top edge. The envelope has been stamped by the pattern store and has a green price tag on it as well it has a date stamped on it. (see Pictures).
