Vintage Walt Disney Ceramic Electric Plug In Donald Duck Rain Coat Night Light, attached to wood base with felt bottom, I would guess you would need to remove felt to change bulb but do not know for sure. I do not know the age of this light but it is probably from the 1970's?  It is about 9 inches tall and the base is 9.5" X 6.5". extra packaging required to arrive in condition listed.
