This item was produced and sold by Vogart Crafts Corporation out of New York, NY.
Package contains designed on stamped 50% polyester, 50% cotton permanent press fabric.
Fabric for the ruffle
Fabric for the pillow backing
When finished this pillow will be 14 1/2 inches by 19 1/2 inches.
Instructions included....can be painted or stitched, suggested colors shown on front of package.
