This is a pair of Ushio Japan halogen fog lights auxiliary lights. Online mentioned these are early 1980s OE equipment for Honda Civic, but they could be used for any custom application. SAE-Y-79.
Lights measure 6-1/2" x 3-5/8", 1-1/2" deep.
Both work when power is applied, both have chrome wear and scuffs - use magnifier to carefully check out condition details.
