Detailed Condtion : Very good vintage condition!
- Solid wood hand painted duck decoy
- Duck has a green head, yellow beak and glass eyes
- Parts of the body are painted but much of it is just the natural unpainted wood
- Photos show the duck with and without flash
- Measures about 15-3/4" in length, 4-3/8" in width, about 6" tall at the head
- Weighs about 1 lb. 14 ozs.
- No marks of origin
- There are natural cracks and blemishes in the wood as well as paint imperfections that would be expected in a hand painted piece. The paint has cracked in the white ring around the duck's neck. There are what appear to be two wooden "plugs" near the tail feathers on the duck's left side. These can be seen in the second to last photo above.
- Overall, the duck is in very good vintage condition. It has lots of character and would make a great addition to your collection!
