Seller's Description
Lovely vintage silver plated teapot with wicker bound handle and etched garland design. It has some gothic lettering on the base, possibly 'GDBM'? It also has a shield and maker's mark 'SM & Co', so possibly Sampson Mordan & Co ? There is also a number '7000'. It needs replating as most of the plate has been worn away and there are two dents on one side but still a beautiful old teapot.
