Cute little guy. I want to think this is some sort of cast resin but I can't see how a mold would work with the deep details. No mold lines. It is heavy as stone. His cash bag has some of the red-brown coating gone and it looks like brown marble there. A small nick on the bottom edge looks like white crystaline material. No maker's mark. Two inches tall.
