Vintage Regency Programmable 10-Channel Radio Scanner R1040

Condition: The scanner is in fair used condition. It is very dirty from years of storage. All buttons and knobs are intact. I did plug this in and it did power up and appeared to be searching for a channel, but I do not have the equipment or knowledge to test this any further.
