Vintage Distressed 19" Tall Thin Skinny Painted Pig Shabby Chic Decor Hand Carved Folk Art (Please be sure to read full description below photos!)

This vintage piece is a tall thin lady pig that I believe is hand carved and painted. I can't tell for sure what she's made of but it seems to be some kind of fairly lightweight wood. This pig is quite distressed with lots of pencil or rub marks, shallow gouges and various minor imperfections...all of which add wonderful patina! This pig is mounted on a metal stand which has been painted a distressed red. I can't find any marks of origin on her.
The pig stands securely on her base and is about 19" tall. She measures about 10-1/4" around at her hips and the diameter in that same spot is about 3-1/4". So, she is one tall, slim lady!
This one of a kind pig was just made for adding personality to a space! She would look great in a boudoir, on a mantel or sideboard or anywhere else you want to add a touch of whimsy or folk art. (I'm sure she'd be happy to display a necklace or scarf!) She is plenty tall enough to be an anchor piece or focal point. She is distressed enough to add tons of character and a fun touch of folk art or shabby chic charm to any room!
