Seller's Description
You are looking at a vintage pair of bellows made from brass, wood and leather. Was found in the attic during a turnout and now needs a new home. Based on a similar pair of bellows that I found online which were identical, these appear to have been made in the 1800's though what specific year, I have not been able to find out.
These have been tested and do work though they would make an excellent fireside decoration or general decoration as they are quite attractive to look at.
Has general wear and tear. The wood on the bottom has some scratches. The leather is in good condition with some slight cracks near the back left under the handle. The rivets/pins that attach the leather to the body have some slight surface rust. The brass is in good condition. The bellows have been tested and are working. Excellent condition overall, especially for the year. Please see the advert pictures.
