Victorian William Comyns Rare Sterling Silver Corinthian Vase

A very rare Victorian Corinthian vase by renown William Comyns.

Fully Hallmarked Lion passant for sterling, leopard head for London & date letter 'd' for circa 1899.

Makers mark W.C for the iconic silversmith's William Comyns & Sons.

Measures approximately 18.5 cm tall x 7 cm at the base and 7.5 cm to the vase across the top. Weigh's a lovely 204 grams(weighted base).

A stunning and extremely rare Victorian Corinthian column style vase by the very illustrious William Comyns. Beautiful and elegant with great form that has good hallmarks and presentation. Fantastic in rarity not only by William Comyns than by the Corinthian design. A great opportunity for collectors or enthusiasts alike though would be suitable for all within any home.
