Seller's Description
A Victor Red Label selling for $2.00 around the early 1920's, and one of the "Big Three" in label names. This single-sided recording still plays clearly, and a decent gloss remains! Exceptionally clean and well maintained (some label markings), but light background hiss is to be expected. Scratches and scuffs are minimal and there are no chips, cracks, or skips.
Side 87182 presents a soprano and contralto duet arrangement of "Whispering Hope", performed by Alma Gluck and Louise Homer, and sung in English.
