An absolutely lovely yet understated Edward Barnard & Son's Antique sterling silver vinegar shaker.


Fully Hallmarked though Rubbed are legible for :

London, date letter 'n' for 1908.


Makers mark WJ over B over MS for the renown Goldsmith's Edward Barnard &Sons of Hatton garden Goldsmith's and silversmith's. One of London's most acknowledge and of Royal appointment having done work's for the royal family special occasion gold and silver wear.

An additional letter 'J' to base indicates John Barnard as the skilled craftsman.

Weigh's a respectable 36.3 grams.


A fabulous rare piece of antique sterling silver by the very renowned Barnard & Sons. Does have a slight hairline split as shown in photo's that does not detract from the functioning with having no leaks when in use. Easy repair for a good silver smith. A lovely piece that really does make for a great addition to any collection so is great for collectors and enthusiasts alike and would make for a fantastic gift, or why not spoil yourself and impress your guests with this gorgeous rare piece of antique sterling silver by a very celebrated silversmith’s
