Question From Mon 03 May 2021 18:08:56 (EDT) I am very upset over the shipping costs of the item I purchased from you yesterday the variant cover of W.W. Why you do not allow the buyer to see calculate shipping before purchasing is boardering on deceit. I pressed the calculate button and nothing comes up then get an email from you that after I purchase the item you will now hit me with such a high shipping cost. Why shipping is not known before buying at item from you needs to be changed. Matthew

Thank you for your mail. I am sorry that you have had this problem, the ability to list shipping is dictated by Ebid. Normally anyone who buys from abroad either asks about shipping before buying or waits for an invoice which includes the shipping amount. There is no intention to deceive, you only had to request the cost of shipping before deciding to buy. The shipping I have quoted is for air mail delivery with a 5 to 7 day delivery, there is also a surface mail option at £4 which has a delivery expectation of 42 days.
If you would prefer this service I will refund the difference to your Paypal account.

Question From Tue 04 May 2021 22:38:08 (EDT) Thank you for your reply. I have purchased a good amount of items from overseas and usually the shipping amount is right up front or you can calculate it. Some have it built into the price so called free shipping. Thank you for the clarification. Why there is a box for calculating shipping and then it does not work does not make sense. Thanks
