1 book: This set comes with a 26 page book which contains color glossy photos and description of every stamp USPS issued in 1984.
Stamps: A sealed packet containing 1 of every commemorative stamp USPS issued in 1984. Some of these are singles, others are blocks of 4.
Original envelope this set came in from USPS.

SHIPPING Selection and Restrictions:

Normally, when multiple stamp items are paid together in a single transaction, they will be packed and shipped together. I will then add up the shipping fees paid. The amount that exceeds the retail rate USPS charges at a post office window (as indicated in USPS Notice 123) will be refunded to the buyer. In other words, additional smaller items often end up shipping free.
HOWEVER, due to postal restrictions, if this item is shipped using USPS Media Mail, I can only combine it with other items which are allowed to be shipped via Media Mail. This includes other USPS produced commemorative stamp sets (primarily a book with a small set of stamps which come with that book), vinyl records, or any of the other books I have for sale.
If Media Mail is selected in conjunction with other stamp items (sheets, block, pairs, singles) paid together with this item will result in a small cost savings (due to combining payment), though those other items not qualified for Media Mail) will need to be shipped separately.
That is unless Priority Mail (which includes insurance) is selected. If Priority Mail is selected, as many items as will fit in the box can be shipped together, with no additional shipping cost for adding those other items.
