We are not the original owners so we REALLY do NOT know much about this item.
However we will tell you what we see :-) It is in a static bag with the yellow
CAUTION ELECTROSTATIC SENSITIVE DEVICES
still securely on it.
The factory label on the side face plate of the board says:

The factory label on the back side of the board says:

VER N/A
Then there is the S/N and the W/O
Also on the back is a connector with
4 sets of 32 ea. pins for a total of 128 pins
Another side face plate of the board has
2 sets of 4 ea. square holes
Among the various chips on the board is a 8 chip SIMM
The chips say: MT4C4001JDJ-6
A sticker on one says: MT8D132M-6
Sorry but we really don't know anything else about this item ...
It looks like it is unused.
It is untested so it will be an AS IS sale.
By the way, this originally came in a LARGE Bay Network box.
However, we plan to ship it in a smaller different box.
Just thought we would mention that ... :-)
