"In May 2024, "Azov" turned 10 years old. Since its creation, the military formation has come a long way: from dozens of volunteers aimed at fighting the occupiers to a special-purpose brigade as part of the Security and Defense Forces of Ukraine. Soldiers of "Azov" became a symbol of exceptional courage and resilience. They have been defending Ukraine since 2014, having been hardened by battles for Maryinka, Ilovaisk, Shyrokyne, Berdyanske, Vodyane, Sopyne, Hnutove, Lebedynske and other settlements. And again for Mariupol, Velika Novosilka, Orihiv direction, Kremin forests from February 2022.
