Two Black & White Retro Alfred Meakin Ironstone Samoa Side Plates

Two lovely ironstone teaplates with a striking bold black floral design and black rim. Marked on the base ' Samoa. Ironstone by Alfred Meakin Staffordshire England. A hand engraved pattern applied under the glaze. Detergent and acid resisting colour.'
