Tristram Shandy Two Volumes By Laurence Sterne.1903 Hardback Books. Illustrated

Hardback copies of 'Tristram Shandy - The Life and Opinions of Tristram Shandy, Gent'. Published by Gibbings & Company Limited in 1903 with illustrations after Harry Furniss. Both books have hand cut pages with slight yellowing and some foxing. One illustration in volume one has a tear at the spine side. Both bound in maroon boards with gilt lettering on the front and spine. Both have some wear on the corners and scratching. The leather on the spines is starting to perish at the top and bottom and volume one has a split to the side of spine. The binding is still holding firm though. Length 17.75cms, width 11cms. 372 & 348 pages.
