Published by L. Ratti, Cherbourg, No 34.
Postally used on 18 July 1910 with Cherbourg cancellation on green 5 centimes stamp and sent to M.M. Lemaigre, a Versigny, par Nanteuil le-Haudouin, Oise, with receipt postmark for the same on the same date.
Fairly good condition, with very slight corner bumps, but small 7mm tear to right side of top edge and small light knock to upper centre of left edge.
