The cards are in Very Fine/Near Mint condition and pulled from packs, sorted and then stored.

The popular Netflix series Stranger Things gets its own trading card set for Season 1 from Topps released just in time for Halloween.

Using a “retro eighties” look, the set is printed on thick matte heavy card stock to simulate the old school trading cards from the 80s. With the simple border designs and text, the cards to really feel and look like the old movie cards. The packs are wax-like and simple in design.

Base Cards and Parallels

The base set consists of 100 cards with 3 parallels to chase (not including the printing plates). Each of the parallels is limited and there isn’t a guarantee of pulling one in a full box.

3 subsets are available to chase and each is fairly easy to complete.

Premium hits

2 premium hits were guaranteed in each hobby box of Stranger things. Manufactured patches were 1 per Retail Blaster box. Almost all the premium hits were available in Hobby, Retail and Blaster boxes.

Premium hits include autographs from 13 signers including Millie Bobby Brown (Eleven), Noah Schnapp (Will Byers) and David Harbour (Jim Hopper). All are on-card autographs with the exception of Millie Bobby Brown. 5 parallel versions of the 13 autographs add rarity to the mix with each level being limited to 99, 50, 25, 10, or 1 prints. There are also 9 patch autographs (# to 10), a costume relic autograph and 1 dual autograph (# to 10).

5 costume relics are part of the premium hits and include material from costumes in the show. The relics also have 5 parallel versions with the same limited numbers as the autographs.

Standard these days is the manufactured hit and in this release they are the  manufactured patches. Large patches having “logos” from various locations in Hawkins are the focus of this subset. Each card also showcases a character from the show. 5 parallel versions are also available.

Sketch cards and printing plates are the other premium hits. 154 artists contributed to the set with art ranging from pencil sketches to full blown colour painted artwork.

Payment, Shipping and Processing

• PayPal is the only accepted form of online payment. Payment will need to be received within 5 days of receiving the invoice. We will only ship to the PayPal verified address.
• Cash is also accepted when choosing the local pickup option only. Select the Other payment type when checking out.
• Only shipment methods with delivery confirmation are available. Please wait for a combined invoice before payment. Buyers in the Greater Toronto Area can choose to pick it up locally (arranged on an individual basis).
• Combined shipping is available with other items ordered within a 48-hour period.
• The item will ship within 3 days once payment is received and tracking # provided. If you have an issue with payment, please contact us, otherwise a non-payment action will be raised.
• Item(s) will be packaged securely to prevent damage.
• Returns are accepted under certain conditions (ie not as described, etc). Buyer pays return shipping and the item must be in the same condition as it was shipped.
