We have begun action in the US Courts for the purpose of upholding our patent on Cement Filler and Cement floor Paint No. 813,841 and we are reliably informed that a number of large paint and varnish manufacturers are cooperating in the defense. We hereby give notice of our intention to proceed legally against all unauthorized manufacturers of products infringing our said patent, aw well as consumers buying and using infringing Cement Fillers and Cement Floor Paints not made by us or one of our licenses.
