Item: A 1972 hardcover copy of American Cooking: The Great West from the Foods Of The World series.
Manufacturer: Time Life Books.
Condition: Used, good condition.

The Good: The pages are intact with nothing loose or missing. They show minimal signs of yellowing. Binding is tight. Covers look pretty good.

The Bad: There is some shelf wear on the covers, edges, and spine, but overall it is in good shape.
Measurements: About 11” tall, about 8 5/8” wide, and about 5/8” cover to cover.
Other Information: This book is part of the Foods Of The World cookbook series issued by Time Life Books. There is a lot of good information and recipes in this book. This would be a great addition to a cookbook collection!
