Seller's Description
Original 7 1/2 inch x 9 1/2 inch Portrait of CLARA BOW in the 1928 Clarence G. Badger Comedy THREE WEEKENDS, based on a story by Elinor Glyn.
Portrait by Gene Robert Richee. Born in 1896 Eugene Robert Richee began shooting stills for Paramount in the late teens and eventually took over their portrait gallery.
Three Weekends is considered a lost film with only a few remaining fragments surviving in the UCLA Film and Television Archive. A sexy young nightclub singer seduces a young man she believes to be a millionaire playboy, although in reality he is just an insurance agent.
The portrait is in fine condition.
