I believe this to be a 1962 version of this book as it says "Copyright 1960 1961 1962" inside the book. A Fawcett Crest Book. ISBN 449-01164-050

I do not see any markings in the book or any rips or tears. The top of the front cover has seperated and part of it has been torn off. The rear cover is water stained and has part of a sticker on it. Some of the pages have been bent overand a couple have been folded right over.

The book measures approximately: 7 X 4-1/4 X 3/8 inch (17.75 X 10.75 X 1 cm)
