Overall condition is on the low side of acceptable. The front cover has heavy edge, heavy edge chipping, multiple creases across the surface of the cover, two small tears (one on the top edge, the other on the right edge), and above average shelf wear. The back cover is in much the same condition as the front as can be seen in the scans. The spine has very heavy wear, to include many chips of which one is .5" by .5" missing chip. There is a strip of clear binding tape to maintain the integrity of the spine (which also has a vertical crease). Interior pages have discolored with age and there is a piece of clear tape on the inside front cover.
