Postally used on 1 July 1924 with double circle Merthyr Vale cancellation on red one penny stamp and sent to Mrs G. Francis, Castle View, Knucklas, Knighton, Radnorshire.

Fair condition, with some corner bumps, small creases to all four corners and knock to right end of top edge.
