Published by William Coles, Watford, not numbered.
Postally used on 7 July 1904 with duplex Rickmansworth 643 cancellation on green halfpenny stamp and sent to Mrs Robertson & chicks, Essex Lodge, Muswell Hill, London N and with thimble Chorleywood postmark for the same day.
Good condition, with very slight corner bumps, but heavy cancellation showing to front and small crease to bottom right corner.
