This book is in good condition. It is a spiral bound softcover. The 5 props that come with the book originally (silk scarf, chrome ring, nylon cord, etc.) are not with the book. (It does contain on the back page a latex square which may contain natural rubber latex which may cause allergic reaction to those allergic to latex.)
