Overall condition is acceptable for a 81 year old book. The front cover has multiple creases across its surface, creasing and some edge chipping along the spine, moderate to heavy edge wear, and a bit above average shelf wear. The back cover is in much the same condition as the front but with the addition of some scuff marks.The spine has a wrinkle, heavy edge wear, with a bit of edge chipping. Interior pages have discolored with age and the former owner's name is written on the inside front cover.
