Seller's Description

WELCOME TO:
THE ZONE

ITEM:
Here is an approximately 8" x 10" glossy paper, ideal for framing (no frame is included) that comes printed exactly as shown with a photo of the moment Man first landed on the Moon along with a tiny amount of metal shavings that comes glued to the glossy paper that include metal from the Apollo 11 Lunar Module spacecraft 'Eagle' that NASA Astronaut Commander Neil Armstrong and Lunar Module Astronaut Pilot Buzz Aldrin landed on the Moon on July 20, 1969. The metal shavings were shaved off of one of a couple of medallions we have. One is nearly completely worn down from having metal shaved off of it as is shown in our updated pix shown in the last image. Each medallion includes metal from the Command Module Columbia piloted by Astronaut Michael Collins around the Moon while Armstrong and Aldrin were on the Moon's surface in and around the 'Eagle' and more importantly include metal from the historic 'Eagle' itself. The whole and nearly completely worn down medallion are naturally not included in this sale but it does include some of the historic metal shavings from the medallions. You will receive an 8 1/2" x 11" plain paper Certificate of Authenticity from us, The Zone.

PLEASE NOTE: THE MEDALLIONS THEMSELVES ARE NATURALLY NOT INCLUDED IN THIS SALE.
