Up for sale is a old vintage original children's book The Adventures Of A Brownie Written by Dinah Marie Mulock and Published by Macmillan Co in New York., and illustrated by Mary Lott Seaman in 1926. On the front cover along the top and down the edge there is wear, scuff marks, nicks, and the corners are rounding from age. Also at the top and bottom of the spine there is wear, scuff marks, and nicks, and along the spine there is wear and scuff marks. Also along the bottom of the cover there is light wear. On the back cover along the top and down the edge there is wear, nicks, scuff marks, and the corners are rounding from age. The pages are in good shape no pen or pencil marks, crayon, creases, stains, or fading. But the pages are lightly yellowing from age,and the title page is torn and there is 3 other pages that have a 1" tear,and 1 page has a nick out of the top right corner, and on some page there is light brown smudges. Besides this the book is in great shape for being 98 years old.
