Postally used on 4 September 1938 with double circle Budleigh Salterton cancellations on two green ½d stamps and sent to Mr J. Lowe, 150 Oxford Street, Grimsby, Lincolnshire.
Very good condition, with very slight corner bumps, but two small pale marks close to centre of top edge.
