It turns into a really butt ugly color, but when you heat it up a tad, the ugly goes away and you're left with the color of the sky, straight up at high noon. Just the most awesome blue you ever saw. I'm just totally in love with them. It'd better be a good, clean, solid, deep sky blue, or I won't carry 'em. These stones are set into a wraptight bezel. It allows the most show of stone for the least expense in silver. It's a good stable setting that doesn't set you back a month just to get one. ______________________________________________________________________ BTW, Since we make this from scratch after you order it, we have a lot of flexibility.
