Published by Moïse Jsraelowitz, Constantinople, No 35 (7534).

Postally used on 22 February 1928 with unclear cancellations on two grey 10pa and green 2Ghr stamp and sent to Mr F. Asmus, 20 rue Ernest Renan, Issy-les-Moulineaux, France and with purple cachet of the Hatchik Hatchadourian.

Good condition, with slight corner bumps, but small light creases to three corners.
