This Golden Age and Silver Age comic lot is in GOOD MINUS/GOOD to GD/VG condition with All pages here and complete with the usual cover wear and creases for books in this lower grade.
STRANGE ADVENTURES # 84 - September, 1957!
This kicks off with an early Gil Kane cover!
"Prisoners of the Atom Universe!" is by Writer John Broome, Penciled by Carmine Infantino and Inks by Bernard Sachs, as a Rocket Scientist sees a Manned Rocket take off into Space, then return miniaturized!
"The Radioactive Invasion of Earth!" is by Gardner Fox, Sid Greene and Bernard Sachs, as the newest Toy fad is "Alien Figures" sold in Department Stores--but REAL Aliens gave made them Radioactive!
"Darwin Jones: "Riddle of the Walking Robots" is by Ed Herron, Carmine Infantino and Joe Giella, as Giant Robots appear--apparently the Aliens wanted to turn Earth into their own private Farm for their crops!
"Spotlight on Science" is a Text page about "bending Light"!
"The Toy that Saved the World!" sees a Scientist buy his son a "Make your own Computer" Set and Minivac can solve any problem--and the world does a polar shift--Minivac to the rescue!!
STRANGE ADVENTURES # 193 - Oct. 1966!
This swingin' 60's comic is in GD/VG condition with All pages here and complete with the usual minor cover wear for a book in this grade.
This kicks off with a great Bernard Bailey cover and the stories include:
"The Villain Maker!" by Dave Wood and Lee Elias which shows Criminal scientist Dr. Mardo develops a machine that can give people superpowers and also control their minds!!
"Strange But True: Mind Readers" is a one page Text story by Jack Miller!
"Zomzu, the Cave Colossus!" is by Otto Binder with Pencils and Inks by The Spectre Creator Bernard Baily and Letters by Stan Starkman, as The filming of a movie about a legendary giant monster is disrupted when the real monster attacks the set causing chaos!!
