1884 Portrait of Queen Victoria / 維多利亞女王的肖像 POST CARD surchaged THREE CENTS LARGE LETTER in black on FOUR CENTS reddish-brown [HG 4b] in fine mint/unused condition.
The 1884 "THREE CENTS" in black (small letters) on 4c reddish-brown post cards were surcharged locally. It was reported that there were 750 cards with small letters and 500 with large letters produced.
