1. It is the Buyers responsibility to contact me with any and all questions before bidding on the auction (including shipping). 2. When an auction ends, the high bidder will usually be contacted within 24 hours. However, please allow up to 72 hours if required. If, for whatever reason, you did not receive the confirmation message within 72 hours, please contact me immediately.

6. REFUND/INSURANCE POLICY: If the buyer's package is lost or damaged, YOU must have paid for insurance in order to be reimbursed. Rarely is a package lost or damaged, but you must have insurance to obtain a reimbursement. OTHERWISE, ALL SALES ARE FINAL
