It is near mint, excellent condition. No creases or folds.

This was part of the Star Wars Fan Club Membership Kit from 1983. Great for autograph signing. NOT AVAILABLE AT RETAIL!

5. SHIPPING POLICY: The winning buyer is responsible for Actual Shipping Charges, whatever they may be, when the auction is completed. Save on shipping on multiple items. 6. REFUND/INSURANCE POLICY: If the buyer's package is lost or damaged, YOU must have paid for insurance in order to be reimbursed. Rarely is a package lost or damaged, but you must have insurance to obtain a reimbursement.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
