Original 1968 potato chip trade magazine vintage ad for SPECIALTIES APPLIANCE CORP. Main office and factory was located at 4301 West Madison Street, Chicago, IL. Specialty nut roasting and cooling combination. The built-in secret of this, the worlds Standard Nut Roaster, is twofold. The Cold Zone. Only the Top, the roasting portion of the oil is heated. The bottom, the lower portion of the oil is heated. The bottom, the lower portion of the oil, remains cold. Particles of the product and flour from the product settle into this cold zone where these particles cannot burn and contaminate the roasting oil. This old dated one page snack food manufacturing equipment advertisement would display beautifully matted and framed.
