Skibike ski covers for Lenz Sport Big Fat Skidders set padded

Skibike parts.  A pair of custom made ski covers for Lenz Sport skibike skis.  Handcrafted in Colorado, USA in my studio.  A pair will consist of one front ski cover and one back ski cover.

Custom covers can be made for Lenz Sport:  Conniption Styx, Rippers, Commanders, SB10's, Big Fat Skidders, Super Big Fat Skidders as well as any other model they make.

Custom ski covers can be made for other brands as well.  I will need the buyer to send a footprint of the front and back skis to make patterns from them.  Footprints will be need to be drawn on brown kraft paper that is easily purchased in chain grocery stores.  The footprint/location of the bindings need to marked on the kraft paper as well.  Cut out the footprints and mail them.

The covers will be made from 500D coated Cordura® textured nylon fabric.  The covers are lined with a rubberized rug liner that protects the bottom of the skis as well as the edges when zipped closed. 

The backs of the covers zip close with black #8 coil tooth zipper.

The stitching is 100% T69 nylon thread.

Fabric will be sourced from Rockywoods Fabrics in Loveland, Colorado. Currently being made from '500 Denier Coated CORDURA® Nylon Fabric'

Please allow one week for cover construction.  The fabric must be ordered and arrive before they can be made.

As this is custom work, it cannot be returned.  I am not currently charging a patterning fee for skis I do not have patterns for.

Price does not include shipping, applicable taxes, or VAT.  I do not set shipping rates charged by US Postal Service or other shipping service.  No handling fees are added to the shipping charge.

Shipping includes a USPS Delivery Confirmation Number. 

Free local pickup.  Total local sales tax rate is 8.485% which I must charge if you pick them up.  Colorado state sales tax for purchases from outside Boulder County is 2.9%.  No tax collected on orders from outside Colorado.

Combined shipping is available. Ask for a combined invoice before paying so that duplicate charges can be removed.
