The Microlog is a powerful data collector and FFT analyzer, specifically designed for machinery condition monitoring, bearing-wear detection and predictive maintenance use. Utilizing the latest in digital technology and packaging, this powerful instrument is completely portable. Microlog includes an easily accessible snap-in NiCad battery cartridge, and weighs only 5 pounds (2.3 kg). Designed for reliable and accurate operation in harsh industrial environments, this compact instrument acquires machinery condition data and clearly displays overall measurement levels and FFT spectra on a large, backlighted screen. Capable of displaying both time and frequency domain screen presentations in single and split-formats, this powerful, lightweight instrument has numerous applications.

Data Collection
In the collector mode, the instrument stores overall vibration, high-resolution FFT spectra to 6400 lines, time domain waveforms, process variables (such as pressure and temperature) and alphanumeric comments. Vibration alarm advisories are displayed with optional automatic spectrum storage.
Enveloping
Full acceleration signal enveloping is easily accomplished within the Microlog.
Envelope detection makes it possible to discover those high-frequency, low-amplitude signals that may indicate rolling element bearing wear or gear tooth defects in machinery. Acceleration signal enveloping is proven to be an extremely effective means for early detection of bearing element and gear mesh wear conditions in a wide range of machinery applications.

Return Terms:
- Returns are only allowed under cases of gross misrepresentation in the ad, such as when we describe a monitor as a fax machine. Such claims of misrepresentation must be filed within three days of receipt of shipment. Betterbizequipment reserves the right to replace the item(s) or refund the high bid solely at our discretion. Item must be returned in the original box and packaging.
- Bidder must request a RMA number before returning item(s).
- Packages returned without a RMA number will become property of Bbetterbizequipment ten days after receipt unless buyer has paid return shipping within the ten day period.
Shipping Damage Terms:
- Seller will file a shipping claim(s) upon behalf of the buyer with common carrier in the event shipment(s) is/are damaged during shipping, in most cases.
- Not retaining the original box and packaging may affect the carriers decision on a claim.
- Seller will commence filing the claim once buyer has filed the damage report with the seller.
- Buyer must notify seller within 48 hours of receipt of a damaged shipment.
