Simplicity 8009 Sewing Pattern Misses Shirt & Bell Bottom Pants Size 12. 1968 Used
4 pieces have been cut thru from the use of a tracing wheel and will need to be taped.
Simplicity 8009. Ca. 1968, A How to Sew pattern, for Misses shirt and bell bottom pants in a size 12 (34 inch Bust, 25-1/2 inch waist).
All of the pieces have been cut out already. Some are badly worn thru from the use of a tracing wheel. See the pattern inventory below, for a list of what is cut out and what is uncut. The instructions are in English.

YOUNG JUNIOR/TEENS’ AND MISSES’ SHIRT AND BELL-BOTTOM PANTS: (INCLUDING TISSUE LESSON CHART . . . “How to apply waistband to pants”). The top-stitched shirt with front button closing and forward shoulder seams has high round neckline, notched collar, arid set-is sleeves. View 1 with long sleeves gathered to buttoned cuffs has patch pockets and buttoned trimmed flaps. View 2 has short sleeves with turn-back cuffs. Shirt may be tied in front. The creased bell-bottom pants have side zipper and waistband. A purchased belt or sash may be worn.
Suggested fabric types - Cottons and blends. Linen. Silks, synthetics and blends. Shirt also in gingham, lens, dimity, dotted swiss. Voile, chambray, seersucker, cotton sateen, crepe. Pants also - is corduroy, velveteen, satin. Denim, gabardine, hopsacking, homespun, canvas, cluck, Lightweight wools and blends; wool flannel, double knits.
Extra fabric needed to match plaids, stripes, one-way designs. Use nap yardage and nap layout for satin or one-way design. Not suitable for obvious diagonal fabrics.
Sewing notions - Thread, belt or sash (optional). Shirt View 1 Six 5/8” buttons, two ½” buttons. Shirt View 2 Four 5/8” buttons. Pants View 1 and 2. 7” skirt type zipper, bias seam binding (optional).

The envelope measures approximately 21.2 X 14 X 1.2 cm (8-3/8 X 5-1/2 X 1/2 inches) and weighs approximately 52 grams (1.8 ounces). Shipping weight will be 85 grams.
The pattern pieces, instructions and envelope are in good used condition. Someone has written on the front and rear of the envelope, the instructions, and some of the pattern pieces.

Please Note that I ship patterns via Canada Post letter mail, in a plain envelope and the listed postage is for that method. My Patterns are stored in a plastic storage bags and they are shipped in the same bag (if weight allows) placed inside of a standard envelope. If you require any other packaging/shipping please let me know prior to paying for the item.
