Simplicity 7565 sewing pattern. This 1968 dated pattern can be used to make a child's and girls' dress in a size 4.
The pattern is uncut/untrimmed.

Simplicity 7565

Child's and Girls' Dress:
The dress has yoke, high round neckline, back zipper and set-in sleeves. V. 1 pleated to yoke has short sleeves, contrasting Peter-Pan collar, rick-rack trim and purchased belt worn below normal waistline. Collarless V. 2 & 3 gathered to yoke has short puff sleeves gathered to sleeve bands. V. 2 has lace insertion trim. V. 3 has lace edging trim.

Suggested Fabric Types
Cottons and blends; Pique, sailcloth. Linen. Synthetics and Blends; poplin, cotton sateen, homespun, hopsacking. View 1 also in lightweight wools and blends. View 2 and 3 also in synthetic knits.

Sewing Notions:

Thread, bias seam binding (opt.), neck zipper 12 " for sizes 2, 4, 6; 16" for sizes 8, 10, 12. View 1: 1-1/4" wide belt.
