Simplicity 7563 sewing pattern. This 1968 dated pattern can be used to make a girls' dress, pinafore, bloomers and scarf in a size 4.
The pattern is uncut/untrimmed.

Simplicity 7563

Child's dress, pinafore, bloomers and scarf.
The lace trimmed collarless dress has high round neckline, back zipper and short set-in puff sleeves with elastic casings. The sleeveless and collarless pinafore has lowered round neckline, patch pockets and back button closing. The bloomers have elastic casings at waistline and leg edges. The triangular scarf has lace edging trim and ribbon ties.
